These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TechWorld Solution (“TechWorld”, “we”, “us”) website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

TechWorld provides IT and cloud services, including Microsoft, AWS, and Google Cloud licensing and solutions, managed IT services, web and application development, cybersecurity, and related consulting. Specific deliverables, scope, timelines, and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate proposal, statement of work, or service agreement, which takes precedence over these Terms in the event of conflict.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use our services. If you use our services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

When using our website or services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Keep any account credentials secure and confidential.
• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Cooperate reasonably and provide timely access, information, and approvals needed to deliver services.

You must not:

• Use our website or services to violate any law or infringe the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or disrupt our services.
• Introduce malware, or engage in any activity that harms our infrastructure or other users.
• Reproduce, resell, or exploit any part of our services except as expressly permitted.

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by TechWorld or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Ownership of custom deliverables produced under a specific engagement is governed by the applicable service agreement. Third-party software and licenses (such as Microsoft, AWS, and Google Cloud products) remain subject to their respective vendors’ terms.

Fees for services are as stated in the applicable proposal or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. Late payments may attract interest and may result in suspension of services. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST), which are your responsibility.

Our services may rely on or resell third-party products and platforms. Your use of those products is subject to the relevant third party’s terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or acts of third-party providers beyond our reasonable control.

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated in a signed service agreement, our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available”, and we disclaim all other warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechWorld shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the services shall not exceed the fees paid by you to TechWorld for the specific services giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TechWorld and its personnel from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

These Terms apply while you use our website or services. Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the applicable service agreement. We may suspend or terminate your access to our website or services if you breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at New Delhi, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
